According to data from the Shanxi Provincial Coal Industry Department, in August, Shanxi Province produced 60.8 million tons of raw coal, an increase of 2.77 million tons. From January to August, the province's total coal output was 457.37 million tons, an increase of 83.24 million tons, an increase of 22.25%; the province's five state-owned key coal enterprises accumulatively realized profits of 12.3 billion yuan, an increase of 2.6 billion yuan.

The data shows that in the first 8 months, the province's accumulated sales of coal to the province had totaled 34.745 million tons, an increase of 20.95% year-on-year. With the normal recovery of coal production, the output value and profits of coal enterprises in Shanxi Province have also increased significantly. At the same time, the province's coal industry has achieved a total industrial output value of 288.3 billion yuan, an increase of 86.2 billion yuan, an increase of 43.56%. The cumulative total sales value of 276.8 billion yuan, an increase of 82.7 billion yuan, an increase of 42.59%.
