The western part of Hexi is 2.0 to 3.0 °C. At the same time, compared with the same period of the previous year, the precipitation is less than the other places in the western part of Hexi, and the rest of the province is less than 20% to 90%, north central Yunnan, northeastern Yunnan and southern Anhui. The number is less than six to 90% in the south.

Specifically, the company's temperature in January this year was abnormally low, 3.4 °C lower than normal, which was the lowest in the same period of nearly 55 years. In February, the average temperature in the province was 2.1 °C higher than normal, which was the third consecutive high year. In March, the average temperature in the province was significantly lower, 1.9 °C lower than the normal period, the lowest in the same period of the past 15 years.
