2 strip shape and size:

3 Corrosion of the strip surface:

Third, the formation and removal of weld burrs:
Through high-frequency current skin effect and proximity effect, the current concentrates at the weld seam and is heated to the molten state. The outer burr removal device has a planer and two planer types. A planer is used to stop the tool change, and two planers are used to remove the burrs. The tool change can be done without stopping.
Clearing the internal burr technology is difficult, because the special device for internal burr inside the steel pipe, the working environment is poor, invisible, intangible, it is affected by strip accuracy, unit equipment accuracy, forming process, weld shape, etc. Not guaranteed. According to foreign reports, internal burrs can be removed from weld pipes with internal holes of 14 , or more. In fact, internal burrs below 25 内 in internal holes are difficult to remove. Domestic technology is generally more than 50 in the inner diameter of the larger diameter welded steel pipe can remove the internal burr.
The inner burr is removed, usually on a continuous welded pipe line, or it can be removed by an off-line method.
There are several methods to remove the internal burr:

Drawing method: When the steel pipe passes through the die, the inner burr of the steel pipe is removed under the action of the annular blade of the floating plug.
