1 Preparation before opening the furnace

2 furnace production

(1) Set the temperature automatic control instrument according to the process requirements.

(2) Put the control cabinet "handle" in the position of automatic control, start the fan, and heat up the power supply.

(3) The temperature of the cold furnace is raised, and the workpiece can be loaded into the workpiece after 2 hours of heat preservation (continuous production, allowing continuous furnace installation).

(4) The parts should be pulled off and the power is turned off. After the fan stops rotating, use the hand pump or open the valve and switch of the pump hydraulic line, or pull the pneumatic switch to lift the furnace cover.

(5) Carefully load the loading basket or other fixture with a crane and place it on the center line of the furnace, and pay attention to the zero loaded.

The pieces do not touch the fan.

(6) Close the furnace cover so that the edge of the furnace cover overlaps the groove of the graphite wire rod to maintain the level of the furnace cover.

(7) Operate according to the process regulations.

3 use precautions and maintenance

(1) The furnace temperature does not exceed 650 °C.

(2) Do not load the parts above the top of the loading basket.

(3) It is strictly forbidden to put wet parts and oily parts into the furnace.

(4) Do not allow the fan to stop rotating or continue to energize and heat when a strange sound occurs.

(5) Clean the furnace once a month to remove scale and other contaminants.

(6) When the furnace temperature is not higher than 400 °C, the furnace cover is opened and the cooling is severe.

(7) Check the tightening of the bolts on the contact clamps every month, and remove the oxide scale in time to avoid poor contact.

(8) Check and calibrate the temperature control meter and thermocouple every month.

(9) Lubricate the lid lift mechanism and fan bearing every month.
