three. The working principle of the belt filter press and the dewatering process of the system. After the concentrated sludge is thoroughly mixed with a certain concentration of flocculant in the static and dynamic mixer, the tiny solid particles in the sludge are aggregated into a large floc. The mass is separated from the free water, and the flocculated sludge is transported to the concentrated gravity dewatering filter belt. Under the action of gravity, the free water is separated to form a non-flowing sludge, and then clamped in the upper and lower sides. Between the mesh belts, through the wedge-shaped pre-pressing zone, the low-pressure zone and the high-pressure zone, the crushing force and the shearing force are used to gradually squeeze the sludge to achieve the maximum degree of mud and water separation. The cake is discharged.

Chemical pretreatment dehydration In order to improve the dewatering property of the sludge, improve the properties of the filter cake, and increase the permeability of the material, the sludge needs to be chemically treated. This machine uses a unique "flocculation granulation mixer" device. The method achieves the effect of chemical dosing and flocculation, and the method not only has good flocculation effect, but also saves a large amount of medicament, has low operation cost, and has obvious economic benefits.
2. Gravity concentrated dewatering section sludge is evenly fed into the mesh belt through the cloth bucket. The sludge runs forward with the filter belt. The free water flows into the water tank through the filter belt under the action of self-weight. Gravity dehydration can also be said to be a highly concentrated section. The role is to remove the free water in the sludge, so that the fluidity of the sludge is reduced, in preparation for further extrusion.
3. The fluidity of the sludge after gravity dewatering in the pre-pressure dewatering section of the wedge zone is almost completely lost. As the filter belt moves forward, the spacing between the upper and lower filter belts gradually decreases, and the material begins to be slightly stressed, and runs with the filter belt. Gradually increasing, the role of the wedge zone is to prolong the gravity dewatering time, increase the extrusion stability of the flocs, and prepare for entering the pressure zone.
4. The high-pressure dewatering section of the squeezing roller enters the pressure zone after leaving the wedge zone, and the material is squeezed in this zone. The pressure along the running direction of the filter belt increases with the decrease of the diameter of the squeezing roller, and the material shrinks by the extrusion volume. The inner free water is squeezed out. At this point, the filter cake is formed substantially, and the water content of the filter cake can be minimized by continuing to the high pressure zone of the pressure tail.
After the material is dehydrated through the above stages, the filter cake is discharged, scraped off by the scraper, and the upper and lower filter belts are separated. The high-pressure washing water removes trace materials between the filter holes and continues to the next dehydration cycle.
