★ Waggate installation and commissioning
The swing gate installation is divided into three parts: line embedded, fixed swing gate, and controller wiring.
Line embedded
â— Set the position of the chassis according to the customer's requirements. Choose the best routing path from the center point of the fixed position of the chassis to the control room, and embed or excavate the cable trench.
â— Put appropriate diameter conduits (PVC pipe or steel pipe) in the dug line trench to penetrate the power line and control line required by the equipment (control lines include: manual button line 3 core, RS485 communication signal line 3 core). If the distance is far away, the power line and control line must be separately piped (2 pipe distance should be above 50CM).
â— If the channel is used by two connected machines, it is also necessary to install a network cable between the two gates (the relative pressure of the two ends of the crystal head).
â— After all lines are laid, it is best to fill the concrete after successful commissioning.
Fixed swing gate
â— If two pendulum gates are connected to the machine line and used with the machine, debugging should be performed first to prevent the chassis position from being adjusted during the debugging process.
â— First, power up the two swing gates and turn the swing arm to the closed state. Then align the swing arms of the two swing gates so that the swing arms are on the same straight line. The distance between the swing arm and the swing arm is 3 to 5 cm. .
â— This gate unit is equipped with an anti-clamping infrared sensor. It is necessary to test whether the infrared is aligned. After all the functions have been debugged, the chassis is finally fixed.
★ Function debugging
â— This gate is a two-way normally closed swing gate, external feed card signal, outgoing card signal.
â— The mode of the pendulum brake line and car mode is adjustable: if the person enters the channel, the infrared sensor will alarm, but at this time, the card can also be opened in the direction of the person walking. If the brush is in the opposite direction, the gate will not be opened. When the Bank passes the channel, the gate will be opened. Will be closed immediately. Two lines of infrared before entering the channel will not alarm, but if someone swipes from the opposite direction, it will not open the gate. When the car passes through the channel, the gate will not close immediately and the delay will be 2 seconds. See parameter settings
Anti-pinch function: The anti-pinch function of the intelligent channel swing gate mainly depends on the infrared sensor of the gate to effectively analyze whether there is a person in the channel. If there is a person in the channel, the swing arm will not be reset to avoid pinching. To the person; the arm will only reset when the sensor senses that no person is in the channel.
Anti-trailing function: The anti-trailing function of the intelligent channel swing gate, mainly rely on the infrared sensor of the gate can effectively analyze the number of card swiping and rely on the system default within 10 seconds in the credit card time, the infrared can be cut off several times. Such as credit card Only one card is swiped. When the channel is open, only one person in this channel can pass. If there is anyone else trailing, the sensor will immediately alarm when the sensor is infrared.
Automatic detection: Obstruction of the object, automatic detection 5 times, and then stop the blocking position, and then give the same direction signal, the gate turns back to normal. If the switch is not able to find the zero position at the beginning, five tests will be conducted. After five tests, the operation will be stopped to avoid damage to the gate parts;
Reverse into the alarm: the reverse of the intelligent channel swing gate enters the alarm function, mainly relying on the infrared sensing logic on the gate to analyze the direction of the effective card reader's entry and exit. If the card is swiped, the channel is opened, and if there are other people From the reverse entry, the gate will immediately alarm when it senses infrared. The reverse is the same.
Channel Tip: Each channel has a channel prompt, each pass will change in the direction of traffic, guide pedestrians. The direction indication can receive 3 sets of signals, (forward, reverse, and illegal signals) respectively give no hint
â— Pedestrian brushing cartoon line: The gate opening time delays. When a pedestrian passes within the set pass time, the gate is closed. If the pedestrian does not pass the time, the gate is closed.
â— If a person is too close to the passage of a pedestrian, the time limit is used as a person.
