The dust collector of the main dust removal point of the cement plant generally refers to the kiln tail of the raw material and firing system, the raw material dust collector, the kiln head chiller exhaust gas collector, the cement dust collector and the coal dust collector. They are all indispensable masters of the process, many of which are used as finished product collectors. From the cement production process, it is an indispensable main equipment. From the perspective of environmental protection, they are the main dust-discharging point, and the exhaust gas accounts for 90% of the total exhaust gas volume of the whole plant. Therefore, it is called the cement process dust collector, and its importance is not It goes without saying. What is important is that the purification of these exhaust gases is also the most difficult. Let's review the development of dust collection in cement plants: In the early 1980s, China's and bag filter technologies were still quite backward. There is no systematic technical basis. The main performances are:
(1) The mechanism of dust removal and the lack of in-depth research on the technology, the development of new products of the dust collector is in the level of transplant mapping and transcript, the structure is mixed, and the efficiency of dust removal and cleaning is low.
(2) There is a big gap between the filter material and the filter bag as the core component of the bag filter. The material of the filter material is limited to polyester (normal temperature) and glass (high temperature), and the domestic high-temperature resistant fiber filter material is not closed. (3) The process level and process assembly equipment for manufacturing dust collectors are relatively backward, the technical documents are imperfect, the implementation standards are not strict, the quality control and management systems are relatively weak, and the product quality is difficult to be fully guaranteed. Compared with foreign equipment, there is a significant gap. The dust collection efficiency is not high, the performance is unstable, and the life of the accessory is very short.
In the mid-to-late 1980s, China's cement industry introduced the BS780 electrostatic precipitator technology of German Luqi Company and the series bag dust removal technology of American Fuller Company with the Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute as the technical support unit. At the same time, China's dry process cement technology also introduced advanced foreign technology, and began the development and practice of modern dry process cement production line. From the beginning of the 1990s, the dry process production line designed by the Tianjin Cement Industry Design Institute, such as Benxi, Gongyuan, Beijing Cement Plant, etc., began to directly use the PPDC type gas box pulse bag dust collector in the cement grinding mill process. As a high concentration of finished collectors, the production process is greatly simplified. The dust collector at this time should be called a process dust collector.
In 1995, Tianjin Cement Design Institute took the lead in introducing the world's most advanced German Luqi company BS930 electric dust collection technology. After learning and practicing, the second generation of electric precipitators was successfully developed. Its typical feature is that the designed discharge outlet concentration is not more than 50mg/Nm3. Most importantly, the structural development design expands the range of applications, and the kiln tail electrostatic precipitator allows the passage of high negative pressure, high gas dust concentrations. Make the cement industry production process more simplified. In order to simplify the raw roller mill process, the raw meal powder is no longer used in the powder separator, but directly into the electric dust collector. We have applied this electric precipitator to many cement clinker production lines such as Conch 2500t/d and 5000t/d. This is undoubtedly the most important craft dust collector.
Since 2000, Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute has introduced improved PPDC and LPF series air box pulse cleaning bag dust collectors on the cement production line based on the technology of bag filter from American Fule Company. In order to meet the new environmental emission requirements, the design uses all high-performance high-quality filter bags (with a weight index of not less than 500g/m2) and imported brand-name pulse valves. For special purpose process bag dust collectors, special considerations, including special structural treatment, special material considerations, filtration wind speed, etc., have been successfully applied to the collection of finished products such as cement grinding, OSEPA classifier and coal powder grinding process.
However, due to the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements, to achieve high emission limits, such as <30g/Nm3, the use of electrostatic precipitators, whether the equipment investment or operating costs are very high. Comparing the use of a bag filter will have an advantage. The key is that the developed bag dust collector should have higher dust collection efficiency and lower equipment resistance, but the PPDC air bag pulse bag dust collector is not competent.
