1. When an electric bicycle is charged and parked outdoors, it shall be set up independently. When it is adjacent to a residential building, doors and windows shall not be opened on the external walls of residential buildings on the adjacent side. (See Figure 1 , Figure 2 )

2. When the electric bicycle charging and parking area is set indoors, it shall be installed on the first floor, and other areas (including halls, walkways, stairwells, etc.) shall be constructed using solid walls (should be masonry to the floor bottom) with no opening for doors and windows. 3. When the electric bicycle is charged and parked in the basement, it shall be separated from the above ground by physical walls and concrete floors, and the evacuation exit shall be allowed to pass through the outside. (See Figure 5 )

4. The residential rental housing shall not be placed in the same building as the place where the flammable and explosive dangerous goods are produced, stored or operated, and shall maintain a safe distance from the places where the flammable and explosive dangerous goods are produced, stored and operated. 5. When the premises for rental housing and production, storage, and operation of other articles are located in the same building, the physical walls and cement floors that do not have openings for doors and windows shall be used for fire separation. (See Figure 7 )

Sixth, living rental housing evacuation stairs should use cement staircases, stairwells enclosed area should be separated by solid walls, residential rooms in addition to the door can not open other doors and windows openings to stairwells. (See Figure 8 )

7. Physical walls and concrete floor slabs shall be used for fire separation between residential rooms and evacuation passages. Other doors and windows shall not be opened outside the door. (See Figure 9 )

8. The kitchen should be centralized and set up independently. The evacuation corridors to other rooms and personnel should use physical walls, cement floors and fire doors (or steel doors) for fire separation. (See Figure 10 )

Nine, residential rental housing should be used non-combustible materials, floor slabs should use cement floor, internal partitions should be used non-combustible materials to separate, and the internal partition walls should be masonry to the bottom of the floor. (See Figure 11 )
