According to the relevant staff, Liansu is the largest plastic pipe manufacturer in China with the highest sales volume. At present, the use of pvc resin has reached more than 1 million tons. At present, the full implementation of the lead-free treatment of PVC products has effectively promoted the lead-free process of the entire industry, and also played a more extensive application for lead-free products, and further led the entire industry towards green environmental protection. Energy conservation can be used in a recycling direction.

From the data point of view, since 2004, China Liansu has begun to realize the industrial production of PVC-U water supply pipes and pipe fittings using non-lead heat stabilizers. Since then, in 2010, the industrialization technology research work of a full range of lead-free PVC pipes, fittings and profiles has been gradually started, and the traditional composite lead and organotin heat stabilizers have been replaced by green and environmentally friendly calcium-zinc composite heat stabilizers. The formulation system, improved equipment and process parameters solve the related problems of poor thermal stability, additive precipitation, low production stability and narrow processing window.
