2. Whether the water source is pulsating flow
(1) Generally speaking, the pump is used to pump raw materials. If the flow installation position is relatively close to the pump, it is easy to produce pulsating flow, which causes large fluctuations in the flow rate. Stabilize the flow.
(2) The installation position of the flowmeter is too close to the position of the valve or elbow. When the raw material passes through the valve or elbow, the flow rate fluctuates. At this time, it should be far away from the position of the valve and the elbow to ensure a certain length of straight pipe before and after.
