Kong Jianwei also “recovered iron” and put it into a set of mature and feasible welding processes in a whole month of practice. According to this process, he also helped the factory to complete more than 1,100 accessories for the military product with a pass rate of 100. %. At the same time, in-plant welders are trained to ensure that everyone can complete the welding of the parts independently and avoid similar difficulties.
