Fire Pump Room Operation Procedures and Maintenance

Second, the fire pump

1 , Kai pump program:

( 1 ) Open the inlet and outlet valves of the pump

( 2 ) Press the pump start button to start the pump

( 3 ) Check the pump inlet and outlet pressure, motor and pump body temperature, noise

( 4 ) Make a record

2 , stop the pump program:

( 1 ) Press the stop pump button to stop the pump

( 2 ) Close the inlet and outlet valve

( 3 ) Make records;

3 , fire pump control cabinet is in the "automatic" position, press the fire hydrant alarm button, linkage cabinet sound and light alarm, while the fire pump starts automatically.

4 , fire pump control cabinet is in the "manual" position, press the start button to "manually" start the fire pump.

5. During the test, close the system valve and open the drain valve. After the test is completed, reset it again. Check whether the control cabinet handle is in the “automatic” position.

Third, the regulator pump

Fourth, maintenance
